Entreprises Doco inc. guarantees its
products against any material or manufacturer defect, and will
replace all defective parts under the following conditions:
1-The solid PVC casings are guaranteed
against material defects for 20 years beginning from the date
of delivery and taking into account normal wear and
maintenance.
2-This guarantee is applicable on the
hardware for a period of 10 years, covering all breakage under
normal use. This guarantee is not applicable on the
oxidation and/or fading of the polish or the finish of the
hardware.
3-This guarantee is applicable on the
manufactured sealed units with clear glass or of low emission
for a period of 10 years, against the development of film or
dust deposits between the 2 sheets of glass caused by a defect
in the seal.
In the first year following the purchase,
the materials and labor are included in the guarantee. In
the following years, the replacement materials are furnishing
by Entreprises Doco. inc. (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu).
